We've gone to great lengths to assist you professionally, such as holding the property for over two weeks without any payment, coordinating utilities in the landlord's name for your move-in, and staying in touch with your Title Company during their communication challenges. However, our landlord's policy mandates payment before key release. As previously discussed, you're an unrepresented tenant, and I serve as the landlord's representative. My role is to facilitate lease signings and protect the landlord's interests. Unfortunately, I lack the authority to issue refunds or control financial matters.
